Terms and Conditions for Freelancers Effective Date: 10th January 2020Welcome to Creative Imagin! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for freelancers collaborating with us. By registering and working as a freelancer, you agree to the following terms:1. Definitions
Company: Refers to Creative Imagin
Freelancer: Any individual who registers and provides services through the platform.
Platform: Refers to www.creativeimagin.com, where services are managed, communicated, and delivered.
2. Eligibility
Freelancers must: Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Be legally authorized to provide services in their respective regions.
3. Scope of Services
Freelancers are responsible for delivering high-quality work as per project requirements outlined by the Company or its clients.
The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or request revisions for deliverables.
4. Independent Contractor Status :
Freelancers are independent contractors, not employer, or agents of the Company.
Freelancers are solely responsible for managing their taxes, insurance, and other statutory obligations.
5. Payment Terms
Payments will be 20% processed, 30 in mid and 50 % upon successful completion and approval of tasks/projects.
The payment structure, rates, and timelines are communicated before task allocation.
Any disputes regarding payment must be raised within 15 days of task completion.
6. Intellectual Property
All deliverables created for the Company or its clients become the sole property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Freelancers must not use, reproduce, or share any intellectual property or confidential information of the Company or its clients.
7. Confidentiality
Freelancers must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and client information.
Disclosure of confidential information without prior written consent will lead to immediate termination and legal action if necessary.
8. Code of Conduct
Freelancers must: Communicate professionally and promptly.
Deliver tasks within the agreed-upon deadlines.
Avoid plagiarism, misuse of resources, or unethical practices.
9. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the freelancer violates these terms.
Freelancers may terminate their association by providing written notice of [X] days.

10. Liability
    The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by the freelancer.
    Freelancers agree to indemnify the Company against claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their work.
    11. Amendments
    The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms. Freelancers will be notified of significant changes. Continued work implies acceptance of the updated terms.12. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyber Security.13. Contact Information
